No oil; I use a heavy side of 1/4 c salted butter broken into pieces and spread around glass baking dish; Seasoned Salt; quarter the bigger mushrooms(1lb white button); parsley instead of thyme; add lge bag(30-35 ct) raw prawns; bake at 350F … when prawns are done grab the box of toothpicks for 4 or more peeps(fork if 2 or less-lol) and enjoy!
