  1. I plan on adding pasta, per the picture….sounds tasty and makes a lot…great for the upcoming cold wintery dinners. Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas.

  2. Why show recipe w pasta and then give instructions without even mentioning pasta. Makes me wonder about the recipe……

  3. This is a little strange, shows macaroni and no mention of it in recipe. Skip the potato’s and add macaroni.

  4. It’s best to cook macaroni and serve separately. Just add it to your bowl and ladle soup over it. Doing it this way, you won’t have the pasta cook to mush.

  5. I would add shell pasta in this soup.
Always cook your pasta separately add to your soup last…turn soup off and let pasta sit in jot soup about 10 to 15 more minutes before serving.

  6. Like all recipes you can add or eliminate whatever. To your taste. Adding pasta to your bowl is good since pasta drinks all the juice, if you let it stand. Only my opinion

  7. When I think of hamburger soup, I think of ketchup, mustard and pickles, and this soup doesn’t have the mustard or pickle flavor, plus they put pasta in it. I make a yummy cheeseburger soup with some dill relish and dill mustard as well.
