Do you have to bake it in a bundt pan or could you just use a regular meatloaf band
I am sure a regular pan would work, just can’t put the mash potatoes in the middle 😀
I use a 9X9 cake pan, spray with Pam. Mix 1.5lb lean ground beef, and 2 beaten eggs well. Add pkg of Stove Top. Mix into meat mixture well, then pour into pan. Fill corners and level out on top. Add can of tomato soup on top of meat, spread well to edges. cover with foil and put into preheated oven @ 350F. Bake for half hr, then remove foil and return to oven for 20 mins or so. Test with s fork in middle of pan to check for meat to be cooked… not red. Remove and cool for meal. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed veggie of your choice.
